The Zhiyun-Tech Telescopic Monopod from Zhiyun-Tech is a 2.4 lb support that positions its twist-locks towards the top of the pole instead of the bottom like most traditional monopods. Extending the 5-sections allows the monopod to have a maximum height of 50.5″, while its closed length is 16.5″, and its load capacity is 22 lb. The aluminum monopod’s top plate has a reversible 1/4″-20 to 3/8″-16 camera mounting screw, and the non-slip rubber-tipped feet at the bottom of the pole prevent the monopod from sliding on smooth surfaces and provide stability on uneven terrain.
